The physician explains the root-cause approach and the comprehensive care plan options. The consultation cost is adjusted if the patient proceeds with the personalized care plan.

Step 2: Personalized Care Plan (Assessment During Relief Therapy)

While the patient undergoes relief therapy, detailed assessments are conducted, including health scores, biometric tests, and intake questionnaires. This includes a 45-minute consult with a physician, nutritionist, and psychologist, followed by a 30-minute interdisciplinary consult to finalize a long-term personalized care plan.

Step 3: Program Enrollment (Long-Term Care)
